In the production of our composite-parts we are constantly working towards the latest developments in modern ski construction. Consequently we are able to create "custom-made" products according to strength, surface composition as well as coloring. Design on request can be applicated by means of silkscreening as well as by sublimation printing.
Besides the usual functions to protect and to carry the artwork-design, our "ISOCAPS" correspond to the three-dimensional demands of the future which will lead to properties like higher abrasion resistance, impact resistance, heat and weather resistance. Widespread properties are achieved by multilayer-extrusion.
By using modern fiber composites we have consistency in quality and performance, even under extreme stress situations for the sporting equipment. In this field wie conform to the special demands of our customers according to strength and offer customer-made endless laminated ski reinforcements called "ISOGLASS", glassfiber laminates.
Our program for running bases fits most performance characteristics like easy structuring and a high wax absorption. We are constantly performing glide testing on different kinds of snow to determine the optimum material adaptation. Top products proven in ski racing are offered under our brand name "ISOHIGHSPEED". We are proud to say we have optimized a system which guarantees the highest "sliding qualities on snow". Running bases with an increased wear resistance are particularly well suited for skiing on artificial snow.

Aside of the usual demands on ski construction materials we have attached great value to the materials that reduce the weight of snowboards.
Focussing on this aspect we devoloped special surface foils which made us reach our goal and at the same time allowed us to keep up the necessary wear resistance.
Of course, these "ISOCAPS" can be formed, if required, to be used in the production of snowboards. The customer is given the possibility to show their creativity by participating in design preparations.
The ISOCORE is a basic material that offers a good possibilty for further weight reduction on a snowboard.
For high quality snowboards we also produce sintered running bases up to 360 mm width.
Due to the fact that we are able to deliver a product "both sides sanded", the finishing work on the snowboard gets much easier.
For racing-snowboards we offer our customers a wide range of ISOHIGHSPEED running bases, which takes into account the special abrasive effect of artificial snow close to the steel edges.
