Production of ISODECOLINE (IDL) fabric composites involves lamination of glass, basalt, carbon, or vectran fabrics with other materials into composites that ensure clean and easy further processing for customers.
The top layer and the bottom side are defined together with the customer. The bottom side may be composed of various carrier materials, such as hotmelt films or polyester fleece. Various hot-melt adhesives and our transparent polyamide films can be selected from for the top layer.
By using dyed fabrics (white, aluminium/metallic look or titanium look), printed fleeces or similar materials, there are virtually no limits to creative design!
Formability of these composites is limited because of the high density of fabric.
