ISODUR - Side walls

For better bonding abilities, extrudates as well as phenol and melamine press sheets are polished one side or on both sides according to customer specifications.

Besides sheet products (product code ID xxxx), we also manufacture completely assembled finished edges (for skis and snowboards) based on customer-specific requirements employing computer-controlled cutting and milling processes (product name: IDSW xxxx).

We also offer gluing of our ISODUR sheet products into blocks with wooden layers (see ISOWOODCORE) or other core materials (such as ISOCORE PUR foam) for further cutting into ski cores or half cores.
