If you use the contact form to send us a message, the following data will be collected: form of address, first and last name, email address, your message and optionally, title, street, postal code, city and country.

Legal Grounds for the processing of your data is the pre-contractual relationship with you under Art 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided your inquiry concerns the initiation of a contract, or our legitimate interest under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, if your message concerns another inquiry.

3. Purpose of data processing

Your data are used solely for the purpose of processing and answering your message.

This purpose also involves our legitimate interest in the data processing under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

The data are deleted after your message has been processed and the storage is no longer necessary, and further if statutory retention obligations apply.

III. Provision of the website and creation of log files

1. Description and scope of the data processing

With every visit to our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer.

The following data  are collected thereby:

• Information on the browser type and the version used
• Language and version of the browser software
• The user’s operating system and its interface
• The Internet service provider of the user
• The IP-address of the user
• Date and time of the access and time zone difference to coordinated universal time (UTC)
• Transmitted data volume
• Websites from which the user’s system accesses our website
• Websites accessed from the user’s system via our website
• Access status/HTTP status code

The data are also stored in the log files of our system.

2. Legal grounds for data processing

Legal grounds for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is Art 6 para 1 lit. f DSGVO.

3. Purpose of data processing

The temporary storage of the IP-address by the system is necessary to allow the delivery of the website to the user’s computer. To this end, the IP-address of the user needs to be stored for the duration of the session.

Storage in log files is effected to secure the functionality of the website. Furthermore, the data allow us to optimize the website and secure the safety of our information technology systems. No data evaluation is carried out for marketing purposes in this context.

Our legitimate interest in data processing under Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR lies in these purposes.

4. Duration of the session

After the end of the respective session] the data are anonymised.

Data stored in the log files are deleted after 31 days. The data will not be further stored in any form allowing the identification of the affected.

This website uses the Open Source web analytics software program Matomo. Matomo uses cookies, text files that are stored on your computer which allow an analysis of your use of the website. To this end, the information created by the cookie on the use of this website is stored on our website provider’s server. The IP-address is anonymised before the storage. The information created by the cookie on the use of this website are not passed on to third parties. You can prevent the storage of the cookies by the requisite setting in your browser software; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website in full. If you do not agree to the storage and use of your data, you can deactivate the storage and use here . In this case, an opt-out cookie is placed in your browser, preventing the storage of any user data by Matomo. If it is unclear whether data processed about you are incorrect or incomplete, or whether they were processed unlawfully, you may demand the restriction of the processing of your data until the final clarification of this question.

Even if the data regarding you are correct and complete, and are lawfully processed by Isosport, you may object to the processing of these data, albeit only in special situations to be substantiated by you.

6. Right to data portability

You can receive the data concerning you processed by Isosport and which Isosport received from you in a machine readable format determined by Isosport, or instruct Isosport to directly transfer these data to a third party selected by you, provided this recipient enables Isosport to do this from a technical standpoint, and the data transfer constitutes neither an unreasonable effort nor violates any statutory or other secrecy obligations or confidentiality considerations on the part of Isosport or third parties.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

Finally, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data constitutes a violation of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).
